Order Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for choosing REINDEE LUSION! Please read the following policy carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

Returns (Buyer's Personal Reasons)

If you wish to return an item due to personal reasons (dislike, wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the buyer is responsible for:

• Outbound return shipping fee (from buyer's location to China)
• Chinese import duties upon arrival (typically 20%–50% of the item value)

Exchanges (Buyer's Personal Reasons)

If you wish to exchange an item due to personal reasons, the buyer is responsible for:

• Outbound return shipping fee (from buyer's location to China)
• Re-shipping fee for the exchanged item (from China back to buyer)
• Chinese import duties upon arrival

⚠️ After combining shipping fees and import duties, the total cost of an exchange may exceed 150% of the original item price. Some countries may also impose secondary tariffs on returned goods (both exporting and importing country), further increasing costs. We strongly advise considering this carefully before requesting a return or exchange.

In case of product quality issues, we recommend prioritizing local repairs or negotiating partial compensation (proof required).
