Order Return Policy Explanation

Thank you for choosing our product! To ensure your rights, please carefully read the following return policy. Due to the complexity of cross-border logistics and tariff issues involved in international orders, a detailed explanation is hereby provided

Tariff and Freight Risk Warning:
Due to international logistics and customs regulations, when returning/exchanging goods, the buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee and import tariffs (which may reach up to 20% -50% of the value of the goods) upon entering Chinese customs.

If you want to exchange the goods, you will need to pay double international shipping fees (original order shipping fees are non refundable+new order exchange shipping fees will be paid again). After comprehensive customs duties and shipping fees, the total cost may exceed 150% of the original price of the goods.

Some countries may impose secondary tariffs on returned goods (exporting country+importing country), resulting in total costs exceeding the original price of the goods.

So we strongly do not recommend returning or exchanging international orders, as tariffs and logistics costs may result in actual refund amounts lower than expected, and even require additional payment. In case of quality issues with the product, it is recommended to prioritize local repairs or negotiate partial compensation (proof of verification is required).
