Please note:

1. Before return the item, you must apply return by email.
2. Final Sale items, accessories (socks\ belts\ bags\ hats\ pins) ,prints (books\ posters) and pre-order items are not eligible for return/ exchange.

Return Policy

In order to return an item, you must meet the following conditions:
1. The return must be requested within 5 days of the delivery date,and complete returns form properly.
2. If you do not contact us within 5 days of the delivery date, we will not accept your return.
3.  After we approved your application, please deliver the item within 3 days.
4. The item must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
5. The item must be returned with the original tags and packaging.
6. We are not responsible for any return custom charges made or return shipping costs of the items.
7. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.
8. We do not accept any illegal items.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Simply navigate to your account’s Order History page to copy your Order Number, and email us with your Order Number, clear state of Return/ Exchange item by email
2. We will reply within 48 hours after confirming your application, and offer the return/ exchange address.
3. You should pay for the extra delivery fee for exchange.
4. Please ensure you enclose a completed return/ exchange form with your order.
5. Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined at the bottom of this page.
6. Please deliver the item within 3 days.
7. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.
8. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
9. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

You may incur import duties when returning items. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and customers must take charge of them. REINDEELUSION.COM will not handle it.
After we double check with the items, a refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of receiving your return. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
